Once your order is confirmed, our team will carefully prepare and dispatch it as soon as possible. Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days, although delivery times may vary depending on your location.

As soon as your package leaves our facility, we’ll send you tracking details so you can easily keep an eye on your delivery.

Returns

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of the date your order is delivered.

For an item to qualify for a return, it must:

• Be unworn and unused.
• Still have all original tags attached.
• Be returned in its original, undamaged condition.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Store Credit

At this time, Femme Brazen does not provide cash or card refunds.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, and it meets our return requirements, we’ll issue store credit in the form of a coupon equal to the value of the approved returned item. Your store credit can be used toward a future purchase from our website.

Approved returns are generally processed within 3–5 business days after the returned package reaches us.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please get in touch with our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide your order number along with clear photos of the item received.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, the order will be subject to our standard return policy.
