  • Once your order has been packed and handed over to our shipping carrier, you will receive a notification with your tracking details (if applicable).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • We offer reliable delivery services across Pakistan.

  • Standard delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.

  • Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

  • All orders are shipped via Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • Please ensure that the exact payment amount is ready upon the courier's arrival. The courier will collect the cash payment before handing over the package.

Shipping Delays

  • While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives on time, delivery times are estimates and cannot be strictly guaranteed.

  • Femme Brazen is not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by courier service disruptions, adverse weather conditions, remote delivery locations, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact phone number are correct and complete at checkout.

  • If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the customer is unavailable to receive the COD payment after multiple delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us, and the order may be canceled.

Missing or Damaged Items

  • If your package arrives visibly damaged, please note the damage with the delivery courier if possible and contact us immediately.
